As Professionals we must be able to recognise a situation of dual loyalty – towards the employer and equally important, the employee, and respond in the most professional and ethical manner.

The aim of occupational healthcare is to work hand in hand with employers, employees and occupational healthcare specialists concerning:

  • the health of employees, – work and functional capacity – at different stages of working life
  • preventing work-related diseases and accidents
  • the health and safety of work and the working environment
