A company's biggest asset is its people. A healthy workforce is a happy workforce, is a productive workforce.
We help you to create a healthy and safe environment for your workforce by enhancing workplace vitality. This ensures your business remains competitive.
WAKE® is a unique Employee Assistance programme focusing on social issues as well as disease and disability management.
Why you should offer WAKE® to your employees
It's pretty simple: healthy workers are more motivated and therefore more productive. It costs more to hire and train a new employee than it does to help and retain a current worker. It also shows your workers that you care about their welfare.
What does our Social WAKE®/Employee Assistance Programme offer?
This is a counselling service for employees experiencing personal or work-related problems. Issues covered include:
- An assessment detailing client requirements
- Counselling (personal/direct/indirect)
- Trauma debriefing
- Life skills development (see list of training programmes below)
- Formal training (e.g. HIV/AIDS Peer Educator/Counsellor)
- Rehabilitation, after care, follow-up
- Access to referral network
- Measurement of action plan based on needs assessment
- Feedback to management
