Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID)
The Occupational Health and Safety Act protect people from being injured or getting sick at work. Nevertheless, injuries can still occur and when this happens, the compensation system (COIDA) is in place to assist workers.
Our comprehensive service will assist companies with the administration and processing of claims resulting from work-related illness or injury. We will liaise with the Compensation Commissioner and apply for reductions and rebates.
Our computer software programme, COID Solutions® is an integrated platform which provides management information in relation to injury or disease.
We recently claimed back more than R1 million from the Compensation Commissioner on behalf of one of our clients.
